Adv. Dana Vaknin joined the Litigation and Conflict Resolution Department at Weksler Bregman in 2014.

Dana specializes in civil and commercial litigation while representing major clients in complex and extensive proceedings, including representation in the Courts on various issues concerning professional negligence, company law, consumer matters and more.

In addition Dana possesses unique specialization in all aspects of labor law in Israel, and represents some of the largest companies in this country, including hotel chains, fashion chains, construction companies, industrial companies and more. Dana has a great deal of experience in representation of a broad spectrum of cases before judicial instances, as well as in providing routine counseling for her clients regarding the rights of workers and employers.

Dana accompanies and counsels in cases with an emphasis on a personal and professional manner, from the initial stages of conflicts through preliminary proceedings to Court proceedings and appeals.

During the years 2010 and 2014 Dana serves as a teaching and research assistant in the academic track of the College for Administration, among other things, for the courses “Legal Doctrine”, “Tort Law” and additional courses from the realm of civil law.
