Adv. Faina Fonar joined the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman in 2013.

Faina’s main area of activity is accompaniment of complex real estate transactions and the promotion of real estate projects, with an emphasis on residential projects. In this framework Faina accompanies her clients from the drafting of agreements to purchase the land, via formulation of financing agreements with banks, through contracts with contractors, suppliers and service providers prior to commencement of construction of the project, to conducting negotiations with purchasers of the apartments upon completion of the project.

Faina’s experience in accompanying residential projects encompasses also the area of urban renewal, including evacuation construction and TAMA 38 (NOP 38) projects, both on behalf of the developer and on behalf of residents.

Faina provides routine counseling to one of the largest and leading real estate groups in Israel, which engages in land development, residential construction and commerce.
