Revital works in all sectors and on all aspects of real estate, and due to her great experience, has acquired special expertise in complex transactions in income-yielding real estate, including entrepreneurial transactions and the development of real estate for offices, industry and commerce. In that scenario, Revital supports and oversees the activity involved in transactions relating to the sale, purchase, construction and rental of large office spaces, industrial buildings, commercial centers, malls and residential buildings.

Adv. Reuven’s expertise extends to providing representation in transactions and joint ventures, and in drafting agreements that regulate the relationship between partners in respect of their rights in real estate, including all aspects of planning, development, construction, management, operation, registration, leasing, maintenance and marketing.

Revital also has great expertise and experience in providing consultation and representation for private and public companies in large-scale real estate projects, including with reference to agreements from financing corporations to support and finance the project.

In addition, Revital represents entrepreneurial companies in the procedures for private tenders and for tenders by institutions (such as local authorities and the Israel Land Authority), including housing-for-rent and BOT tenders, both at the pre-selection stage (PQ), and at the stage of competing and succeeding in the various tenders.

Her clients include commercial companies (private and public) from every part of the Israeli economy, including some of the largest Israeli income-yielding real estate companies, commercial banks, hotels and private entrepreneurs.

Thus, for example, Revital represents and guides one of the largest real estate companies in Israel; a public company with wide-ranging activities throughout Israel, which include many projects with a financial scope in excess of billions of NIS. She also represents and provides support to the company on an ongoing basis, on issues relating to the construction, development and operation of its income-yielding real estate properties (offices and commercial spaces), which amount to a total area of over 200,000 square meters.

  • Representation of AFI Properties Ltd. in a very substantial transaction in which 40% of Kiryat Weizman Park in Ness Ziona was sold to the Weizman Institute for Science, for approximately NIS.200 million.

  • Representation of AFI Properties Ltd. in another very substantial transaction in the offices market, in which the company purchased 50% of a business park in Hod Hasharon, which includes a built-on area of 45,000 square meters (8 buildings) and construction rights for 200,000 square meters. The transaction reflected a value of NIS.660,000,000 for the park.

  • Representation in a transaction for the purchase of extensive office space in the Jubilee Tower in Tel Aviv at a value of approximately NIS.240,000,000.
  • Representation of AFI Properties Ltd. in submitting a joint offer, together with Melisron Ltd., to lease a plot in the Sharona complex in Tel Aviv from the Israel Land Authority. The joint proposal won the tender for a 49-year lease with an option for a further 49 years, to lease the land on which the huge LANDMARK project is being built today and which will include office, commercial and residential areas.

A unique project located at the “1000” complex in Rishon Le Zion, where most of the Discount Group’s activities in Gush Dan will be concentrated – including the bank’s management offices, the Mercantile Discount Bank’s management offices, Visa Cal’s offices and their joint computer center. The legal services involved include all stages of the project, starting with the purchase of the land, and ongoing advice, including the drafting of various agreements such as: agreements with rights owners in the project, agreements with planners, contractors, consultants and service providers, as well as usage agreements and diverse, complex rental agreements.
