Advocate Shira Goldberg is a lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co., having worked as an intern at the firm in 2015, and joining us as a lawyer in 2016 after being called to the Bar.

Shira is involved in all aspects of real estate, and specializes in providing legal support for residential housing projects which require her representation in large, complex buying/selling transactions, in overseeing negotiations on land deals, providing legal counsel on all aspects of developing industrial sites, representing companies on lease agreements, office construction and malls, the registration of condominiums, and more.

Shira provides support and ongoing legal counsel to some of Israel’s largest and most dynamic groups of companies in the field of land-development, construction and the marketing of real estate. Shira also represents some of Israel’s leading banks and advises them on issues relating to the provision of securities intended to secure lines of credit.

In addition, Shira guides and advises apartment owners and the promoters of various urban renewal projects and residential real estate ventures in central Israel. In this capacity, inter alia, Shira has provided her support for the construction of a complex project consisting of about 700 residential units, starting with all stages of project financing, engaging with the relevant authorities and contractors, and culminating in delivering possession of the apartments; she represents promoting companies in their contractual arrangements with landowners, in combination transactions, conversions and building services, as well as representing leading promoting companies in claims for land partnership dissolution.
