Advocate Tomer Tzadok is a partner in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Tomer joined the firm in 2008 and became a partner in 2015.

Adv. Tzadok has extensive know-how and experience in the development of residential real estate, urban renewal, industrial project financing and in all types of planning and construction agreements.

Tomer represents one of Israel’s largest and most active real estate groups which is engaged in land development, construction, commerce and hotels.

He specializes in representing leading promoters and developers on all aspects of complex residential projects, including overseeing the evacuation of existing tenants and dealing with the wide range of issues involved in reconstruction.

Tomer also has extensive and varied experience in representing prominent clients in complex projects, where his experience extends across the entire life cycle of the project – starting with the financial support stage, through to the contractual engagements between the contractors, tenants and the other parties to the project and concluding with final registration at the Land Registration Bureau [Tabu].

In addition, Tomer has great experience in drafting and negotiating building and infrastructure agreements with local authorities and in negotiating with the Israel Land Authority.
