Adv. Yosefa kahana Winkler joined Weksler Bregman in 2010 as an intern in the Real Estate Department, and as an attorney in 2011.
Yosefa has unique experience in representation and accompaniment of her clients in a wide variety of services concerning all aspects of real estate and planning and construction in this country, including accompaniment of the firm’s clients throughout the course of complex planning ventures – from counseling at the stage of acquisition of land, via representation in the planning processes with all their possible ramifications, through to representation in the registration processes to bring the project to fruition and the processes to reduce the burden of betterment tax that will be levied.
In addition to her specialization in planning and construction, Josepha possesses extensive knowledge in aspects of real estate, with emphasis on the commercial aspect, including residential real estate projects, numerous transactions of purchasing and selling land and assets, as well as urban renewal projects connected with a wide variety of types of development in this country.
