Adv. Yossi Pelach joined the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman in 2001, and became a partner in 2009.

Yossi possesses extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, including providing counseling and accompaniment for complex transactions in the fields of residences and commerce.

Yossi has accumulated extensive experience in representing entrepreneurs in BOT transactions (student dormitories, private prison enterprise and more), transactions relating to hotels, profit-yielding real estate, transaction for the establishment of renewable energy projects, as well as residential projects, including those of urban renewal, all of which begin with the initial agreement through financing the transaction to completion of the project.

In the framework of accompaniment of urban renewal projects, Yossi has accompanied them from the beginning and has amassed extensive practical experience, and in addition Yossi successfully handled the declaration of one of the first complexes of evacuation construction (on the taxation track), was a partner in the “Round Table” Forum of the Housing Ministry and in promotion of legislative processes in the field of urban renewal, and also lectures on the topic of urban renewal.

  • Represented Africa Israel Investments Ltd in the sale of its holdings in Hagmon Palace (Kaser El Mutran) Ltd for the total consideartion of 67,000,000 NIS (read article).
  • Represented Africa Israel Properties Ltd, one of the leading Israeli real estate companies, in purchasing the holdings in Netzer Nesharim Ltd, immeditaely after which Netzer Nesharim Ltd executed a transaction for the purchasing of a land in Ramat gan for the total consideration of 40,400,000 NIS.
  • Represented Lev Ha`park Afula Partnership in the sale of 200 lands in Afula to third parties, in the total consideration of appx. 50,000,000 NIS.
  • Represented Edri-El Israel Energy Ltd in the purchase of two private companies which conduct business in the field of solar energy. The consideration paid under the transaction was 18,000,000 NIS.
  • Represented Edri-El Israel Assets Ltd, a public traded company, in the purchasing of the commercial zones in the Opera Tower located in Tel Aviv, from Akirov Group, for the sum of 70,700,000 NIS (appx. 20,000,000 US Dollars) (read article).
  • Represented one of the largest and most dynamic real estate groups in Israel in a BOT Project for the foundation of students` dorms in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
  • Represented one of the largest and most dynamic real estate groups in Israel in a privatization of a jailhouse and in negotiationg a long-term franchise agreement for the building and the ongoing operation of such jailhouse. Such privatization is a precedent in Israel.
  • Represented in series of transactions for the foundation of a production facilities for the creation of solar energy.
  • Lecturer in real estate professional courses held by the Israel Chamber of Lawyers.
  • A member in the Ministry of construction & Housing`s forum for the promotion of Urban renewal legislation.
