Mrs. Moshkovich joined Weksler Bregman in 2000, and became a partner in 2005. She is responsible for handling complex litigation and arbitration cases.
Mrs. Moshkovich has an extensive and diverse experience in representing major clients in complex and comprehensive procedures, and routinely deals with diverse legal matters, including representation in civil and commercial cases in court and arbitration, class actions, companies` law, banking and securities law, labor law, liquidation proceedings and white collar crime cases.
In the aspect of banking laws, Mrs. Moshkovich represents several leading banks in lawsuits concerning the ongoing relationship between a bank and its clients, including, inter alia, claims of negligence on the part of the bank, breaching of banks` duties toward its clients, etc.
Mrs. Moshkovich guides and follows cases from the initial stages of the controversial disputes, through preliminary proceedings, litigation proceedings in courts, and appeals.
Mrs. Moshkovich handled various high profile cases, including a number of precedent setting class actions, large scale commercial disputes, and shareholders disputes.
Mrs. Moshkovich currently represents large international and domestic clients in matters of far-reaching legal consequence.
