Mrs. Rioumine Gold joined Weksler Bregman in 2006, as a member of the international and corporate groups of our firm, and became a partner in 2012.
Mrs. Rioumine Gold’s main fields of practice include cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investment transactions, securities, hotel management and franchising, commercial and corporate law.
Mrs. Rioumine Gold often represents Israeli public and private companies transacting with foreign counterparties, as well as foreign companies, investing in Israeli corporations and projects. She has an extensive experience advising on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A, joint ventures, investment transactions, consortium agreements, project and corporate financing, public offerings, listings, securities, hotel management and franchising agreements, as well as other matters of commercial and corporate law. Mrs. Rioumine Gold has particular familiarity with such transactions taking place in Europe, Russia and the USA.
In addition, Mrs. Rioumine Gold renders ongoing corporate and commercial legal advice to multinational public and private companies.
