The firm has one of the largest and most experienced real estate departments in Israel’s law firms and is involved in a wide range of large and complex projects that it accompanies from the acquisition stage to their completion and operation or sale as built.

The firm’s real estate activity is diverse and includes all areas of business activity in this field, including the construction of residential neighborhoods, inter alia urban renewal projects, office towers, shopping malls, hotels, industrial and science parks, infrastructure projects, BOT projects, acquisitions of corporations that own and build real estate in Israel and abroad, handling transactions with the Israel Land Authority and ongoing and close legal support over decades for such projects and corporations engaged in them.

The firm is fully involved in many real estate projects, providing legal advice at all stages, from the stage of acquiring real estate rights, including particularly complex transactions, accompanying planning procedures for new city building plans, including drafting agreements with authorities and accompanying the process of issuing a building permit for the project.

In addition, the department accompanies all construction procedures, including drafting contracts with the contractor, consultants, planners, and project service providers, drafting the system of agreements for marketing the buildings, including sales or lease agreements, and registering projects built as condominiums as needed.

In addition, our firm accompanies the management, maintenance, ongoing rentals, and collection of projects intended for rent after their establishment.

The firm also specializes in financing real estate transactions, representing developers in land purchases and financial support agreements for the construction of projects, and in representing banks financing real estate activities. In this framework, the firm represents a number of banks, including some of the largest in Israel, in credit provision transactions and financial support for projects under construction.

Our firm has special expertise in comprehensive and ongoing support of the real estate activities of high-tech companies, as well as accompanying banks in transactions for the construction of projects for its own use and in real estate transactions, including, through cooperation with the firm’s banking department, regulatory aspects that uniquely relate to the activities of banks in the real estate field.
