Shai Rotshtein

Advocate Shai Rothstein is an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Shai interned at the firm and joined as a lawyer after qualifying in 2022.

Shai is engaged on all aspects of real estate with particular emphasis on commercial property. His practice includes providing his legal services for large-scale, complex purchase and sale transactions, industrial real estate development and the construction of offices and commercial centers. Shai also guides tenants and developers in various urban renewal projects in the center of Israel as well promoters of residential construction projects.

Adv. Rothstein provides ongoing advice and back-up to one of Israel’s largest and most dynamic real estate groups, to high-tech and commercial companies, to individual businessmen and to some of the country’s leading banks.

Inter alia, Shai has represented and supported a leading bank Israeli bank and its partners in a transaction to sell their rights in a property in Tel Aviv-Jaffa for a total sum of NIS.685,000,000; a public company in the transaction to acquire an office park in Hod Hasharon for a total amount of NIS.328,000,000; private businessmen in the sale of industrial land in Haifa Bay in a sum of NIS.100,000,000. In addition, Shai provide ongoing support to a public company at the stage of selling apartments in a luxury residential project in Jerusalem and guided companies in relation to lease agreements for offices and commercial spaces. Shai represent developers and hundreds of tenants in Pinui VeBinui (evacuation and reconstruction) projects in the center of the country.

During his studies at Reichman University, Shai served as vice chairman of the Student Union and as a board member of the Economic Company of the Student Union.
