Advocate Alex Sakharov interned at the firm in 2015 and returned after qualifying in 2016 as an associate lawyer in the Commercial Law Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.
Alex has acquired diverse experience in the practise of commercial law, including providing guidance to companies on all aspects of their operations – from their day-to-day activities up to and including the strategic events that occur in a company’s life, and has considerable experience in advising on and drafting commercial agreements of all kinds and providing legal support and advice on mergers & acquisitions in the fields of franchises and intellectual property.
Adv. Sakharov has particular expertise on all aspects of the hotel and tourism sector – an expertise which she has acquired and developed in the context of her ongoing work with one of Israel’s largest and fastest-developing hotel groups.
