Adv. Eden Ivgi joined Weksler Bregman & Co. in 2019 as an intern and upon her certification in 2020 joined the Real Estate Department as an associate.
Eden is engaged in all areas of real estate, with an emphasis on accompanying residential real estate projects, urban renewal, negotiating real estate transactions, including accompanying large and complex purchase and sale transactions, industrial real estate development, projects, commercial centers and registration of condominiums.
Eden represents large banks in complex transactions and construction financing agreements. In addition, it provides ongoing accompaniment, advice and service to financial corporations in all matters related to the provision of credit and collateral for the purchase of assets, real estate and projects.
