Advocate Hila Goldfeld is a partner in the Litigation Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Hila started at the firm as a pre-intern in 2007 and continued as a lawyer after qualifying.

Hila is at the forefront of her field and is ranked by the international rating agency -LEGAL 500 – Over the years she has authored many professional articles which have been published in the financial press.

Her wide-ranging expertise is exemplified in the complex disputes and claims, involving hundreds of millions of shekels, which she manages in the field of commercial-civil law, involving, inter alia: expertise in commercial and corporate law, real estate, planning and construction, hotels, banking law, class actions, insolvency and administrative law.

Hila’s broad experience has been acquired in the course of hundreds of appearances before all courts of law in Israel, including the Supreme Court, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and in consulting on all matters relating to tender procedures – starting from the stage of competing in the tender and up to the stage of providing representation in administrative petitions. She also represents the firm’s clients in disputes involving complex economic and accounting features.
