Moran specializes in all facets of real estate with particular emphasis on providing support for residential property projects, advising mortgage companies and giving guidance on commercial building projects and income-yielding transactions.
Her expertise includes the management of projects entailing complex registration issues, such as the registration of condominiums, TAMA demolition/rebuilding transactions, easement rights and parcelization. Moran provides guidance to companies on aspects of mortgage company management and to companies engaged in residential and commercial construction, as well as advising promoters on unique, long-term leasing projects and drafting rental agreements for large scale retail properties.
