Clal Insurance will invest NIS 330 million in the urban renewal company of Africa Residential

Congratulations to our client, Africa Residences, on signing a paper of principles to promote the engagement of an agreement pursuant to which Clal Insurance Group will invest in Africa Urban Renewal against a 20% allocation and will act to establish a joint corporation within which the initiation and sale of Africa Residences residential real estate will be concentrated.

Africa Residences was represented in the transaction by Advocates Ofer Yankovich and Gil Cherchi of our Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
