Advocate Diana Bermous is an associate lawyer in the Commercial Litigation Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.


Before joining the firm in 2022, Diana worked as a lawyer in one of Israel’s largest law firms.

Diana specializes in complex, large-scale litigation files involving issues of commercial/civil law, including contract law, corporate law, infrastructure and real estate.

 

 

In this context, Diana has represented, inter alia, one of the world’s leading companies in the defense industry in a complex claim involving antitrust issues, the financial scope of which was estimated at hundreds of millions of NIS; she represented a leading infrastructure company in a lawsuit for more than NIS.100 million, relating to the construction of the southern section of the Trans-Israel Highway (Route 6); and she represented a leading   entrepreneurial company operating in the field of kibbutz real estate, in an arbitration proceeding relating to a project to expand a kibbutz in the south of the country.
