Advocate Eden Amnon is an associate lawyer in the Corporations and Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Eden works primarily in the field of commercial and corporate law, with particular emphasis on company law and securities law and in this context, provides support to a wide range of the department’s clients on all relevant aspects. She represents and guides public corporations and private companies seeking to offer their shares to the public (IPO) on fund-raising on the secondary market, transactions with controlling shareholders, corporate governance, executive remuneration, changes in organizational structure, due diligence, contact with various regulatory bodies – including in the framework of administrative enforcement proceedings by the Securities Authority, overseeing complex transactions which affect the Israeli market and other legal and commercial issues relating to companies whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange – all with her unique expertise in supporting transactions on the capital market.

In the context of her work in the department, Eden has handled several capital and debt-raising transactions with a cumulative worth of more than a billion Shekels. In addition, Eden was part of the team which handled the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd.’s IPO.
