Evitar specializes in all areas of insolvency law, including – formulating and drafting creditor arrangements, applications for stay of proceedings, applications for opening orders in proceedings, stay of proceedings, liquidations, asset assemblies, formulating arrangements for companies in financial difficulties without legal proceedings, representing creditors and the like.
Evitar is included in the pools of office holders proposed by the Supervisor of Insolvency Proceedings and the Registrar of Non-Profit Organizations, and has been appointed by various courts as an office holder for dozens of companies and non-profit organizations.
Evitar has served and continues to serve as a court-appointed office holder in numerous and diverse cases, including as trustee, liquidator and special manager.
Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Kramer served as an independent practitioner, and before that as a partner and senior attorney at leading firms in the field of insolvency law. In this capacity, Evitar accumulated extensive experience in the largest insolvency cases in the economy, including in the fields of consumption, commerce, retail, agriculture, real estate, investments, high-tech, and industrial companies.
Beyond serving as an office holder for numerous companies and non-profit organizations, Evitar has extensive experience in representing creditors in complex insolvency proceedings – including representing banks and bondholders.
