Adv. Ginat Weisberg is an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman.

Adv. Ginat interned at the firm in 2021 and after qualifying as a lawyer, joined the firm in 2023.

Ginat works on all aspects of real-estate with particular emphasis on providing legal support for residential housing and urban development projects; overseeing negotiations on all aspects of land transactions – including in providing representation on large, complex purchase and sale transactions; the registration of condominiums, and more.

In addition, Ginat provides legal advice and services to her clients on a wide range of issues relating to all aspects of planning and construction in Israel, including by advising on and submitting objections to outline plans, providing advice at the land-acquisition stage, representing in the planning procedure – with all its ramifications – and in the process of applying to reduce the betterment levy to be charged.
