Advocate Limor Argov-Shenhav is a partner and head of the Labor Law Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Limor had worked in the litigation/labor law departments of other large Israeli commercial law firms as well as having run her own private practice for a number of years.

In 2022, the rating company “legal 500” ranked Limor as a “recommended lawyer” in the field of labor law in Israel.

Limor has extensive professional experience in the practise of private and collective labor law and advises the firm’s clients – both local and international – on complex, sensitive and precedent-setting legal issues relating to labor law. Limor provides discreet support to large organizations on downsizing, reorganization, the closing and/or acquisition of business operations, giving guidance on the labor law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and advises and represents organizations on issues relating to breaches of competition and confidentiality, complex redundancy procedures, sexual harassment and abuse at the work-place, and more.

In recent years, Limor has also been at the forefront off some of Israel’s most significant cases relating to collective labor law, including: the closure of a factory belonging to the subsidiary of a public company in the south of Israel and collective dismissals; overseeing complex collective negotiations in respect of a unique field of activity in Israel; the disclosure of some of Israel’s largest-known cases of misappropriation, embezzlement and breach of trust made by senior employees; collective labor disputes and injunctions at a series of the economy’s leading commercial companies in the economy, including advising on the preliminary organizational processes.

Adv. Argov-Shenhav is an experienced litigator in the National Labor Court, the labor courts, civil courts, , the various legal tribunals – including at the Ministry of Labor and the Population Administration, as well as in complex arbitration and mediation procedures. Limor provides ongoing advice to companies and organizations on all aspects of civil, administrative and criminal labor law, including supporting her clients in criminal and administrative investigations and at hearings at government offices relating to labor law, the employment of foreign workers and visas required for experts.

The clients to which Limor and the firm’s labor law department provide their legal services, include commercial companies and organizations from all sectors of the Israeli economy, including public companies, construction, real estate and infrastructure companies, fashion retailers, industrial and manufacturing companies, international companies, hotel chains, high-tech and startup companies, embassies, and more.

Limor also represents senior office holders throughout the economy on issues relating to competition and confidentiality, privacy in the workplace, retirement agreements and options, sexual harassment, and more.

Limor lectures at the Israel Bar Association training courses and professional conferences and regularly contributes opinion pieces in financial journals on various aspects of labor law.
