Omer Harush is an intern in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department at Wexler Bergman & Co.
As part of his work, Omer provides legal counsel to leading private and public companies in the Israeli economy on matters of corporate and securities law, including controlling shareholder transactions, corporate governance, executive compensation, organizational restructuring, obligations of reporting companies, and more.
Omer completed his law studies at Bar-Ilan University. Concurrently with his LL.B. studies, Omer also completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
