Women’s Representation on Boards of Directors: Global Legislation Advances, and Israel Must Not Be Left Behind

In honor of International Women’s Day, Adv. Sharon Drori-Wichelevsky, partner in our Capital Markets Department, published an article on the expected changes in women’s representation on the boards of directors of publicly traded corporations.

Reality shows that companies in the Israeli capital market that do not quickly internalize the moral and economic importance of gender diversity on boards of directors are liable to find themselves in a problematic situation in the face of rapidly changing environmental demands around the world, and soon in Israel as well.
