Adv. Arbel Bruck Lengy is an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman.

Adv. Arbel interned at the firm in 2021 and after qualifying as a lawyer, joined the firm in 2023.

Arbel works on all aspects of real-estate with particular emphasis on providing legal support for residential housing and urban development projects; overseeing negotiations on all aspects of land transactions – including in providing representation on large, complex purchase and sale transactions; giving legal advice relating to industrial land development, shopping centers, the registration of condominiums, and more.

Arbel assists both tenants and promoters in various urban renewal projects in central Israel as well as residential property developers. In this context, she worked, inter alia, as part of the team which represented tenants in a Pinui Binui [Vacate and Build] project which involved 208 existing apartments located in the center of the country.

Whilst studying at the College of Management Academic Studies, Arbel served as chairperson of the College Real Estate Club.
