Maayan Shamai is an intern in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department at Wexler, Bergman & Co.
Maayan practices in all aspects of real estate law, with an emphasis on legal representation of residential real estate projects, including urban renewal and representation in sale transactions; legal counseling regarding real estate development; representing companies in lease agreements, establishment of offices and commercial centers; registration of condominiums and more.
Maayan completed her law studies at College of Management. Concurrently with her studies, Maayan completed a mediation course from Gosherim Group.
During her law studies, Maayan served as a research fellow at the Cegla Center for Interdisciplinary Research of the Law, under the guidance of the Honorable retired Judge Iris Soroker
