Adv.Mary Prashkovsky joined Wexler, Bergman & Co. in 2024 as an intern, and upon her admission in 2025, joined as an attorney in the Real Estate Department.
Mary practices in all aspects of real estate law, with an emphasis on legal representation of residential real estate projects, including representation in large and complex purchase and sale transactions; conducting negotiations in real estate transactions; legal counseling regarding industrial real estate development; representing companies in lease agreements, establishment of offices and commercial centers; registration of condominiums and more.
